Quick question. Can power DVD 16 download BD-Live content?

I own v12 and have had no success with it...

PowerDVD 16 Ultra/Pro version supports to play back BD-Live content of commercial Blu-ray movies.

You may download the trial version to check the feature before making any purchase.

Tried it out on MIB, Hancock and Ride Along 2 (all retail) either says

" besure your device is connected to internet" or " your player is not connected to the internet", so it was a no go. I'll more

than likely get it anyways for .iso and 360* video support...

Could it be my setup?

LG External Blu-ray player connected to PC (dell) then to external Yamaha receiver (RX-V373) via HDMI, then to ViZIO Smartv...
