Can't figure out how to turn off PD 15 from Auto opening when I turn on my Sony video camera connected via Firewire. I do not want to use PD 15 to capture but rather use Sony's capturing software. I went through all the settings in PD 15 but don't see how to turn this feature off.

Suggestions? "I believe everything's gonna be alright."

Probably nothing related to PD, more what you have done in Windows. Change Windows AutoPlay to "Take no action" or "Ask me every time" as action for that particular device.

Yes, that was the problem. I updated my preferences in Windows 10.
