I have power director 12 and I am unable to speed up or slow down clips because it only shows 3 power tools (crop, reverse, and rotation). I need help. Thanks

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but what version of PowerDirector do you have. Was it retail, OEM, Deluxe? Has it worked in the past on other clips? __________________________________

Hi !

Was PowerDirector 12 pre-installed on your computer? Then it's why it doesn't have the speed tool. You need to buy it to have all the options.

hope this helps!

I have PowerDirector 14 and I BOUGHT IT and have this problem, it only shows the three options and I don't have an option for the action camera center either. Trying to a video for a class and can't get to work.

SARA_3, please start your own thread. This one is years old and the original poster never came back to answer the questions (or found the answer in one of the questions).

You may have the same symptom but you don't have the same illness because you have a different version of the program, perhaps a different video format and a different computer. Please repost with the level of PowerDirector 14 and the specs on your computer via dxdiag.exe. What video format are you using (mpg2, mp4, mov, etc)?

Version and dxdiag information here when you do post in a new thread.

Well, I have the same problem: 3 Power Tools. I have Director 12 and I don't know what type it is. If someone tells me how to distinguish between the choices, maybe I can figure it out. Meanwhile, I can say this. I bought it online years ago. I bet a I have the key code somewhere too, maybe. Where is the speed option in my POwer Tools? I do not have an HP. It's a Dell. Windows.
