PowerDirector 14 Continually Crashes On my New HP Pavillion Laptop

I have a new computer. I have spent two days updating every driver! I was working ok saved a project then when I go to work on it again the moment it is loaded and I go to move my mouse it stops responding. I have over 100 GB on the C drive I have SSD and I have 16GB there. Below is my system. Really need for help!

Thanks for the information, unfortunately it isn't sufficient or that useful. Please checkout the guides at the top of the forum and provide Part A, B, E & F and J.

A screenshot of the Edit workspace UI.
MediaInfo on the video being edited.
Work through the guides please and present the information as instructed. We'll be able to help you with the additional data.

Hi Dafydd,

Stranegly it has been working without anty issues for last two hours and I was very happy. I do love PD14. I have the trial before I buy. I will work through those guide lines when I get some spare time. Been on th ecomputer too long today but it is fun!

Thank you again for your help. I will report in time as I really would like to have success with this software.
