(I tried filling out the online tech support form on Cyberlink's website. When I clicked on "submit your question", I got an error message saying the file exceeded 5 MB. There were no attachments, I just selected items from their dropdown menu and typed two or three sentences into the free-form question box. It wouldn't let me resubmit.)
