I Have AMD Grapاics card, How can i use it to work with PD ?!

Hey guys!

Frist, i would like to apologize about my english, so sorry for that 😊.

I have powerdirector 13 ultimate on my pc. And i got an AMD Graphics card on it.

This is some information about my graphics card:

In Powerdirector 13, when i go to Hardware Acceleration, i don't find a choice that i can use AMD so i can render my videos fastly.

I have Intel HD 4600 Graphice card too, but i can't active this option in PD because it's grey.

note: my AMD drivers are updated and i aleardy have the last update of Powerdirector 13 Ultimate.

I hope you guys help me please, PD is work great on my laptop but rendering my videos is slow.

The solution for the moment is to return to the previous Catalyst. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

There are reports that the Catalyst 15.7 driver does not do hardware acceleration. I am using Catalyst version 14.12. You can get that version by clicking on the Download previous Drivers & Software on the Right side of Page after you have found the correct driver for your Video Card.

huuum i don't got that well

because there's nothing have been installed on my pc before the last version of Catalyst 15.7 that i have now.

can you give me a link of the previous version of Catalyst please ?!

i'm not that good with drivers's downloads

And should i unistalle the version that i have now ? Catalyst 15.7.1

Click on the AMD drivers link in my previous answer, answer the questions about the type of Video card and your computer's OS. When you get to the page to download the Latest Driver (15.7) look to the Right side for the Download Previous versions link. Tried the 1st link supplied by Carl312 and followed his instructions. It works for me as I haven't upgraded to windows 10 yet. There are no previous versions available for win 10. You must select win 8.1 as the operaing system. Click the seventh helpful link displayed on the right to go to a previous driver web page. Select the 14.12 drivers and download it.

If you can't install this driver, then go to the link supplied by Playsound to figure out how to uninstal 15.x and then install 14.12. This driver does work in win 10.

I suppose you do not have the file "amd-catalyst-omega-14:12 ..."

In support AMD is difficult to find this version.

If you can not find it.

You can try google search, type "amd-catalyst-omega-14:12 download" checks is for your OS.
