That's OK. Also, there's no need to zip the results, just attach the text file directly.
You definitely need to update your video driver as yours is 16 months old, and your new results show many PD13 crashes instead of the ones regarding Windows Update in your earlier version.
Since these serious errors are still present, I think it's time to run the SFC test and see if Windows can repair the problems that have been causing these errors. Here's an earlier
*post* showing the steps I think you should take. Since you don't have a separate GPU card, ignore everything there about nVidia.
Also, it looks like you're running Win 8, not 8.1. You'll definitely want to get these issues sorted out before upgrading to 8.1 or 10. With that said, if you find that neither SFC or the Refresh your PC option solve the crashing or Windows Update problems, the best choice in my opinion would be to do a stand-alone, full clean install of one of the newer versions of Windows rather than installing Win 8 from scratch.
