Possible Reasons:
- Your VGA driver needs to be updated.
- There is not enought VRAM on your VGA card
I purchased PowerDVD 15 Ultra (Download version) via the online store on May 27th 2015, I have been unable to get past this error. I have been engaged with technical support, but Tarun and I are unable to resolve it as yet. Tarun recommended rolling back the display driver and using the native resolution - but so far nothing has worked. I am on Windows 7 64bit and I have attached the various dxdiag reports with the different graphic drivers/resolutions.
Has anybody else on the forums encountered a similar problem?
It SEEMS similar to this issue (http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/22364.page) but that was from a while back.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks for your help.
