Video card AMD HD7950Boost, driver 14.12 AMD Catalyst Omega

Using PD Ultimate 12.0.3403.0

The only available hw accelleration is Intel QuickSync, that's correct?

If Intel QuickSync is the default video device in your computers BIOS, that very likely is correct.

There may be a BIOS setting to use the Amd Catalyst Omega card on demand.

Certainly nothing wrong with using Intel QuickSync for video rendering, if your do not get artifacts. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

If you have a late I5 or I7 cpu with an intel MB, then you can have the monitor connected to mb and still use the AMD card for acceleration but you need the driver installed. You do the settings in the bios.
