If you've carried out some of the fault finding listed below and still don't get the download to run, it's either your computer set up or the program - most likely your computer set up.
Right the list of things to do.
1. Delete all previous Downloader exe 's
2. Delete the ini files found in: C:\ProgramData\CyberLink\Downloader
3. Delete the contents of the Temp Directory.
4. Make sure you are set up as the Administrator of your computer.
5. Firewall and Anti-Virus settings allow the downloader to have full Net access. Allow PDR to have Net access.
6. Download through the downloader and DO NOT carry out any background actions or play with your computer - you may corrupt the download!
7. If above fails - take your PC to a Techie who can assist you.
