What is the normal download time for the PD12 ContentPack Essential?
I'm using an HP with i7-3820, 3.60ghz, 10gb mem, 1tb hd, High speed DSL @ 11.27mbps download speed.
I just upgraded to PD12 and installed the upgrade files. I then clicked on first content pack and clicked Save. Right now (as of 5:44 PM PST), it has been downloading for more than an hour and it shows at 46% with 1 hour and 9 mins left.
Should I cancel and redownload?
Seems like an inordinate time to download when the upgrade files were downloaded/installed in less than 15 minutes.

Cancel the download and try again. CL server often plays up. There are quite a few grumbles about CL' download speed.
Patience pays

Here's an update on my original post.
I've been able to download/install the PD12 upgrade file and that's all.
I tried 3 times to download/install content pack 1 and it failed each time.
I tried 4 times to download/install content pack 2 and all I get is a partial download (see atch 1).
If I click on the partial download link (contained in my download file), I get an alert (see atch 2).
In all instances, the download times are well in excess of 3 hours.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get PD12 downloaded/installed in an acceptable time, not days?
If not, I will ask for a refund.
Thanks to any responses.

Normally the Cyberlink Downloader works very well.

You can use a download manager. You would need to get the actual link to the file(s).

Search for 'download manager', there are some free ones.

Thanks Carl312.
I have all the links that CB provided in my purchase email.
I will see if I can find a different downloader.
Appreciate your info. Will let you know how it turns out. Jack

Final update.
I tried 4 different downloaders and all the same - long time.
I decided I'd just deal with the long time and use CB downloader.
Got everything installed (updates also) and now ready to use it.
Thanks for all the input. Jack
