Leveling a video

I'm using Pwr. Dir. 11 updated to V-3230

A lot of my GoPro Hero 2 videos have a tilted horizon. I know there are ways to level that using Pwr. Dir. "Power Tools"
[Video Crop] or [Video Rotation] but both methods make my videos fuzzy (blury)

I know I can sharpen with "Fix / Enhance" [Color Adjustment] - [Sharpness] but the video still appears fuzzy, blury if I correct for tilting. Sharpen works ok if I don't try to level the video.

Is there a method that allows leveling a tilted video without showing black corners and not bluring the video?

Hi Loren -

It is sometimes a problem, just as with cropping, because the video needs to be re-sized after rotation to get rid of those black corners. The more it's stretched (or cropped) the more the PQ is diminished.

If you can't overcome the blurring issue, you may need to use an overlay/frame (example attached) to mask the black corners rather than resizing.

Thanks for the answer. I'll give that a try.
