New PowerDirector user here and I have a rookie question. I recently shot some video of some local youth football games in 1920x1080 60p. I have edited and rendered the first game in PD 12. The H.264 AVC file I produced has the following properties-
Bit rate - 26.21
Resolution- 1920 x1080
Frame rate - 59.94 fps
Aspect ratio - 16.9
Profile - High profile
Frame type - Progressive
I would like to burn this game to blu-ray using these settings, however in the Create Disc tab when I choose Blu-ray and H.264 the closest setting I see in the video quality/format drop down is 1920x1080 60i.
Is it possible to burn my video to BD using 1920x1080 60p? If so what do I need to select in the Create Disc tab?
If it is not possible, is this a limitation of PowerDirector? The BD standard? Or is there something else I am missing?
Bottom line is I would like to output in the same quality I shot in if possible so nothing is lost and there are no artifacts or quality issues. If playback on a standard BD player will not work using my preferred settings, then what do you recommend as my next best option?
Any help for a noob is appreciated. Thanks.
Dave
