so first off the Bluray adviser says I fail the requirements to play blurays. This I know is incorrect as I have been playing blurays with my graphics card for awhile now. I own a Radeon Hd 5750 with the latest drivers. Now as for playback of any bluray I have moments where the playback will pause as if it were loading the resume, where it trys to catch up to where the movie should be as if there was no pause. the light on my disc drive will stop flashing when the pause/break happens and resumes when it passes. I have had this issue for as long as I have owned this software. Normally it happens very rarely. but recently it has been happening way to often. For example in the last 20 mins of the hobbit I counted 6 times when the playback stopped/paused. My system is up to date with all the latest windows updates, graphics cards updates and PD updates. I have gone as far as to try Corels player and have the same issues. I have done some searching and found people saying it may be corrupt or missing codec's with in my system. I have with in the past week completely reinstalled my OS and a fresh install of PD 9 so that I may do he upgrade to PD 12 ultra. I am at a loss on what to do

Hi,
there is some issue with your Setup.

the used renderer is:

Graphics Card : Microsoft Basic Render Driver

this driver is not able to playback BDs.

Please first check if you are using Hyper-V, which is a Win8 virtual machine, by following steps below:

1. Go to All apps by pressing "Windows Key" + "Q"
2. Control Panel
3. Programs
4. Turn Windows features on or off
5. See whether Hyper-V is checked or not

If yes, please uncheck Hyper-V and playback BD titles again. Technical Support

So I guess no help? Tech support has been of no help what so ever. That's if they even reply. I was told it was my hardware not the software wich is untrue. The hard ware was working with my system, latest updates firmwares and everything. I am tired of not being able to enjoy my movies with out issuesI have had three versions of this software and always seem to have issues. Any help would be appreciated
