Yes, I have PD 12 Ultimate 12.0.4210.0. Should I upgrade to PD 13? I was just worried to do that because I also tried editing my work on my laptop and nothing would open and it said it can't be opened because the version on my laptop was older than the version I created it with. Which is ridiculous. So I don't think I can edit what I started if I go to 13.

FYI, I upgraded to PD 13 and nothing changed. Still green. At one point it previewed clear so I tried to burned a disc and the disc was all green.

@Mos20 I had a similar issue on my PD 13 using Windows 10 as well as an Integrated Intel HD graphics chip from my Laptop's i7 CPU. I fixed my PD 13 green screen issues by disabling Hardware Decoding under Hardware Acceleration in the settings

That fixed it for me (I also turned on the OpenCL encoding to help speed it up, but there's no green screen with OpenCL off either) I hope that helps

UNBELIEVABLE!! After trying all week to fix this, and a $60 upgrade that I didn't really need, all it was, was that little unchecking of box! That worked. Thank you so much !!!

I found this video - awesome! Problem solved:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4snRJH2U8A

Just click on the gear at the top of the screen on the Fille,Edit,View bar all the way at the right, Click on Hardware Acceleration, and uncheck the "Enable Hardware Decoding" box. Done!
