Your PowerDVD12 , when you try to play youtube, crash and exit to desktop with error "PowerDVD12.exe has stopped working"?

when i try to play powerdvd youtube videos

i click it then it goes back to regular screen of choosing videos.

if i do this enough times it will send an error report to cyberlink.

edit:
basically youtube crashes back to the screen where your supposed to click on the video you want to play.

the spooling image shows. and if i keep trying it kills Powerdvd and sends a report to cyberlink...

i just updated my drivers to Catalyst 12.11 beta 11.... from 12.10 no hope yet.

Hi, there'll be an update to fix this.
New store builds will be updated around end of Jan. And the patch will be available around end of Feb. Thanks.

Hi,

This is very frustrating, please publish patches sooner than "end of Feb." I bought PDVD12 mainly to be able to play Youtube in 3D.

I hope they also fix the fact that 1080p is avaliable in the browser but not avaliable in power dvd

however i do believe i get a better image quality from powerdvd out of youtube when it was working and 1080p is selected.
all moot if it doesnt work lol.

what's odd is that you can watch movie trailers in the movie info section within powerdvd and they are on utube, yet you can't run them in the online media section

Re: Updated to patch 2428 on 2-22-13.

I can't believe that most of us have been waiting four months since the last two updates to be able to play You Tube videos again. Which was back in October of 2012. And we still can't play You Tube videos!!!

How long are we going to have to wait?

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
