PowerDVD12 in Windows Media Center

Hi All,

I am trying to use PowerDVD to watch Blu-ray movies from within Windows Media Center.

Everything in WMC runs in full screen until I use PowerDVD. PowerDVD runs in a window. I have to get off the couch to re-size the window and then PowerDVD runs full screen.

It is hard to describe in words, so I shot a video. This video compares normal WMC operation with PowerDVD's operation.

Any idea how to prevent this?

Thanks,

Hi,

please check the must have read thread:

http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/21448.page

it is important to post as many info as possible, others do not know your environment and without knowing your system it is impossible to give a comment.

please also add for which resolution you configured your MCE and if you have run through the full MCE setup (including screen setup)

thx

Thanks for the help!

In chasing down all the data, I discovered that Windows Media Center was running at 720p.

I change to 1080i and everything works fine.
