Can anyone please help me with a new Sony BDX-S600U. 1st and 2nd BD burns failed with the same error.
The same 20G data files were used each time. The first time it burned all the files and failed at the end.
The second time it failed toward the begining 2%.

Using Power2Go ver 7.00.1607
SR no. MES110518.01
The DXDIAG Log file and Power2Go log files are attached.

Thank you

SmartBlu Blu-ray Disc 25GB 4x (Up To 10x) BD-R Silver Lacquer Hu SBR4SSH25

There is nothing really to tale a picture of (no label)

The burner does complete burns without error using Windows 7 directly (without Power2Go)
and these discs.

Previously tried Power2Go with X2 speed with same error installed on XP Pro or Windows 7
same error.

Had a response from Cyberlink.
Basically, because it is OEM software bundled with the Sony BDX-S600U burner,
there is nothing they can do but send me to the OEM manufacturer.

This was their response.
In response to your concern, please note that the OEM versions are those
softwares which are provided bundled with some other articles i.e,
camcorders, DVD drives, capture/graphic/TV tuner cards, Magazines,
computers etc.

These OEM versions are customized version softwares. This customization
is made by the development team of the provider and not by the CyberLink
developers.

That's the reason why these OEM versions have different features and
compatibilities as compared to the full retail versions which we sell.

Therefore, I suggest you to contact your previous OEM version provider
to get the software.

Please feel free to contact us back for any further clarification or for
any assistance related to CyberLink Products. Use the below mentioned

Turns out the media was the problem.

The SmartBlu Blu-ray Disc 25GB 4x (Up To 10x) BD-R Silver Lacquer Hu model SBR4SSH25 is not
compatible with Power2Go ver 7 OEM.

Switched to Sony BD-R media and each burn has completed without error.

Thank you Michael for your support!

I am having the same problem now. I've had my HP Windows 8.1 for over a year and haven't had a problem. Last night, I ran CCCleaner (not the first time) and this morning I'm getting this error. I've read the answers - it's gibberish to me. What do I need to do to make my burner work?
