Quote: CC2,

Profanities are unnecessary and unacceptable on this forum, your posts will be removed by the moderator when he comes on and you will probably receive a warning about your future conduct.

Provide the information other members have requested and they will try to help you resolve your issue.

Robert

I provided it and I thank them for their effort but as usual it doesn't fix the problem . My apologizes for my profanities but I know I will never get a refund for something that doesn't work in a BRAND NEW PC! Nothing more frustrating than throwing money in the garbage.

It is very easy to get your refund, Cyberlink has a 30 day money back policy no questions asked.

I hope you are just stressed re Christmas because if this is how you deal with life's little problems, well. My youtube channel====> http://www.youtube.com/user/relate2?feature=mhsn

If my graphics processor is slow what does that have to do with the producing of the video? I'm not trying to watch it. I'm trying to render it.

Hi CC2 -

Funny - we were having a similar sort of discussion the other day... http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/20587.page

I don't think you'll convince Samsung (or any other company) to stop putting OEM software on their PCs (software that is sold to computer builders and hardware manufacturers in large quantities, for the purpose of bundling with computer hardware).

CPU: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i7-2630QM+%40+2.00GHz - nothing much wrong with that!

GPU: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Intel+HD+i7-2630QM - as Fred indicated, that's the weak link. Dedicated graphics cards with 1GB+ are best for the job.

I'm a little confused. Your DxDiag says your system model is RF511/RF411/RF711 - yet the Samsung site states that each of these has a dedicated graphics processor... Nvidia GT540M. Can you shed any light on this?

Cheers - Tony

Thanks..I don't know what that means but it has an Intel Turbo boost Technology monitor. I find this strange as I have no problem viewing 1080 HD video...in multiples at the same time... this PC also has a high rating for gamers...but it won't run Cyberlink software?????????????

Just Nuts.

Edit yes I found it ..it does have a Nvidia GT540M.

Thank you Tony you just solved the problem! Hardware acceleration has to be turned on NOT OFF!

Amazing ! The people at Cyberlink couldn't even figure it out. After I sent them the DxDiag log they told me to adjust my screen resolution then they shut me down with no more help.
