The easiest way if to use AVCHD as the burn option, you will then be able to select a range of HD formats including 720p AVC & it will let you burn the project to DVD. The resultant disc should play in many (but not all) Blu-ray players as the AVCHD file structure is very similar to that of BD.
The other option is to burn what you want to a "Folder" in PD10 from the BD burn option and then use another tool like ImgBurn to burn these folders to the actual disc.
