since you are able to make DVD disks, your computer has enough resources to finish a DVD.
BluRay or AVCHD take roughly 6 times the free space that a DVD does.
The Maximum size of a double layer DVD is 8.5 GB, the resources needed on your computer is about 20 GB on C:
The Free space needed on C: for a BluRay is about 100 GB.
I am assuming that you don't have enough resource to create a BluRay disk with your Computer.
One other factor, if you do not have a BluRay Burner, you can't make a BluRay disk.
