Getting a message saying the disk requires player update

I have powerdvd9. I am trying to play a Bluray disc and the player is saying that an update is required to play this disc. I have updated it to latest patch build 4105 and still getting the same message. It is not playing the disc. please let me know what has to be done?

Not to hijack the thread, but I have the same issue with version 8. More and more new releases will not play. Source Code, Trainspotting, Carlos, and now The Office Season 7. It is clearly a security issue (new AACS codes the software can't recognize), but Cyberlink does nothing to fix it. In other threads, Cyberlink reps have told members that patches are coming--for versions 10 an 11. That's very helpful. Thanks Cyberlink.
