Downloaded it to Win 7 64 instructions unclear now it says too many downloads

my download file shows 5 or 6 partial downloads, been working on this for 2 hours this is not fun

cannot find solution on the company www pages

I did not touch the computer during download times except to check progress

When I click on partial download it just recycles, no information given

I had no trouble with previous cyberlink dowbnloads and I have made quite a few with various programs here

new download doesn't even show on my purchased list

Paid with PayPal hould have been zero issues

I am having the same problem as Dickflyfisherman: bought same product, paid with PayPal, have an order confirmation by e-mail with activation codes, unable to download with links sent, nothing in "order status". I've sent 3 e-mails to customer service with no replies.

Any help on this issue, I had planned on playing around with my new program last night and today

Spent my money and already had last nights plans ruined

Unless I am fixed with PD9 by noon today, please refund my money back to PayPal and I will stick with PD8 till the bugs are gone from the downloads

Dafydd, you need to check on this problem. Something is wrong at Digital River.

I tried to get a refund for PowerDVD 10 3D, I get the same "No Order Found" even when using the Order number found on my invoice.
Invoice date is Jan 4, 2011

I have done a Ticket at Cyberlink Support, they just sent me back to the same link for Digital river.

Hello,
I have the same problem, find nothing in the order history, so i can't download. I've opened a ticket, got a templated reply with "good" advices, like I should check my firewall. Hahaha ... they're crazy. So sent them a reply with 48pt red bold letters that their site has download problems....
On monday I'm gonna call them ...

In the interest of good customer service if I were the head guy I would grant the folks with issues a reasonable discount fot their time and stress

After 35 years in retail with 10,000 customers a week I had exactly TWO customers who I had issues with

All you need to do is authorize another download, that would only take about 15 seconds SO DO IT

OK I went through the purchase again paid with PayPal again looks like I got a good download of the purchased software, DID NOT GET THE SECOND purchased software (the second button down on the download page (Green Button)

Hopefully the main program is OK I will need a refund from you if I was charged twice.

First of all. we understand your frustration on your download...

However you will have to continue to try to make contact with Cyberlink on the business page as this forum is not the place to do it. No one in here can refund your money, and I don't know if anyone in the Cyberlink business office even knows this forum exists. I am sure if Dafydd ( one of the forum moderators) has read this he has probably tried to contact CL of the verifications/downloads issues they are having too. I am sure he will post in here as soon as he reads your thread.

Looks my self initiaed problem worked I did get my downloaD (PARTIALLY AT LEAST)
But I did get billed twice from my PayPal account, which is another easily correctable flaw with the download and purchase procedure a first grade programmer should have that in the software as a courtesy TO THE CUSTOMER

Used to be the old "If Then" command in the software

just about every customer service oriented company would have that in there ESPECIALLY FOR A DUPLICATE ORDER

Just checked my other computer the 702 meg download failed "RETRY" would not work

Nothing like spending a weekend on a 15 minute project

Well first look at the new software ,.......................( didn't get the second part yet the 702 meg failed, retry did not work)

Now lets get the rest of the stuff straigntened out
I had to fix my own problem.

Now I was on the group rifle team in Europe when I was a GI so refund my second full payment for onehalf of my purchase( so far) It is $70.50? due immediately to me..... really easy to do with PayPal, takes about 15 seconds

Got an emailo OKing a refund

Got PD9Ultra in my comp
now all I need is the second part of the download that failed for some unknown reason

What is it anyhow??

I would recommend to the head guys that they should have someone on call to handle issues like the one we just had

Heck all it would take is a phone call to that person, then he would have to make a call ot two to fix the problem, after all I would think that most users are active on the weekends, at least most non-professional users

WE REALLY NEED TO GET CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND "SERVICE" UP TO THE SAME LEVEL AS THE SOFTWARE WHICH IS GREAT

Well they are trying, got an email to download, followed instructions

contray to the message received I could not find a download button anywhere, nor could I find either of my duplicate orders on the check order status deal NOTHING THERE

as before nothing like spending a weekend on a 15 minute procedure

Add a Monday to that

still don't have my complete purchase

Monday I went back to the original email receipt they had sent me and clicked the download links (they had not worked before).

This time they both worked and I was able to download everything! This was after I had emailed customer service 3 times (getting an answer each time, but no success with the standard instructions they kept sending except to say that they had reset my download files).

My installs went well and the program works beautifully.

Only one gripe still remains: When I log in and go to "check my order", I still see "no orders found", so I don't know if I'll ever be able to see my original order on their site.

It could be that it is saying "no oders found" because the order has been filled.

I have had many Cyberlink programs over the years. If I log in and check orders it gives the same message. BUT, if I log in, go to the members section, click manage my products, I can see all my products that I have registered. In my case going back to PD5 in 2006.

Try it at the top of this page. If you have installed and registered PD9 it should show using the Manage CD-Keys tab
