Quote: Only one gripe still remains: When I log in and go to "check my order", I still see "no orders found", so I don't know if I'll ever be able to see my original order on their site.

It could be that it is saying "no oders found" because the order has been filled.

I have had many Cyberlink programs over the years. If I log in and check orders it gives the same message. BUT, if I log in, go to the members section, click manage my products, I can see all my products that I have registered. In my case going back to PD5 in 2006.

Try it at the top of this page. If you have installed and registered PD9 it should show using the Manage CD-Keys tab

Thanks for the info HalCom, my item are not in that list either but my older ones are

PD 8 is there in all my lists PD 9 nowhere to be found

Let me suggest someone who actually is concerned about customer service, just forward a clickable link with my download link attavhed

Is there such a percon????????????????????????????????????????????????

That too would take all of 15 seconds

I may file suit and claim rent on my software, after all they have use of the item I paid for and I do not

OR maybe we can get Cyberlink on "THE VIEW" as an example of today's customer service, or complain to Hewlett Packard that the software they have in thie comps, just pizzez everyone off??
