No magic motion templates?

I first noticed this problem when i still had powerdirector 8.
When I installed 9 I thought the problem would go away but it didn't. When I try to use magic motion it shows up but there aren't any templates its completely blank and I can't even use motion designer either. All I can use right now is modify to create any kind of motion.

Please help?

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit system)

How about those missing templates in Magic Motion.

Hi Roman -

If you install the Program and the Contents pack, your magic motion paths will be installed. There are two installer files.

Looking for help in June of 2020 -- I see these messages are old but .... I only seen 'random' in my Magic Motions options. I am running Project Director 15 on Windows 10 if that makes a difference. How do I get all my Magic Motion options back? Thanks.
