Hi All

This has probably been posted before but there is a new update for PD8.

Has anyone use it yet?

And if so, what do you think?

I would download it but I'm not on my PC as I'm in the land up top!

Thank you for the heads-up. I'm not going to install it 4 a while as I'm liking the way PD-8 is performing now, post 2704.

ps: I just burned vids of my son's wedding and a Las Vegas trip with several PIP's, motion and particle schtick and they turned out very nice. Since I got my 2nd HD Canon camcorder, I made a couple of conversation videos with my granddaughter. Where she is on camera 1 and I am on camera 2. Then I used the PIP function to put them together and I impressed myself with the outcome.

Cubby

I have installed the new patch. Have been working with it since last evening and no problems so far. Had a couple of minor crashes of PD, but not related to PD itself. I was getting a little impatient trying to finish up a short video. Produced an mpg2 file (4min 19 sec) in 1min 44sec.

Of course I should mention that I was not having any real problems prior to installing the patch.

To the top: would like to keep as sticky? I think it would be helpful to know what things work better now and what if anything got broken...
