hello,

hope someone can help, as i cant find the answer on the forms. when i import a video clip from my computer to the timeline, it only downloads the audio of the video. anyone know how i can get the visual bit of the video to work?

That sounds like the clip is recorded in an incompatible video format. You may want to try converting the clip into a more common format using a free app like Handbrake or ClipChamp.
