new director suite 365 user - where is all the stock media that was supposed to be included?

Did an annual subscription to Director Suite 365. It was supposed to come with thousands of stock files and templates. All I can seem to find are the getty watermarked videos. So where is all the free stuff I paid for???

I you're seeing watermarks, it sounds like you're previewing the clips on the website but that's not how you actually acquire them.

Make sure you click on the checkbox at the upper right of the clip(s) you want in the PD browsing window, then choose the desired resolution at the bottom right of the window then click on Download

iStock "is an online royalty free, international micro stock photography provider" from the company GettyImages. They are the same.
