Clicked Stock Content and can no longer separate each provider:

I'm not sure, although it took several seconds for any content to appear on my system. I also clicked on Photo before clicking back on Video and entering a search term, but then I got results:

From your very narrow pic grab, I assume you might be referring to the split between Shutterstock and Getty Images. That no longer exists, Shutterstock was discontinued. https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=27751
