AI Sky Replacement and Wind Noise Removal

I just installed PD21 Ultimate (perpetual license) but am unable to find either of these tools. Where are they located?

Plugins > AI Sky Replacement (Requires WIN 10/11 and AVX2 instruction set CPU)
Fix / Enhance > Wind Removal (Requires WIN 10/11 and AVX2 instruction set CPU)

I'm running WIN 10 and according to several sources, my CPU does include AVX2. Is there something I need to do to download or activate these plugins?

Update: I just found the sky replacement plugin by clicking on (drum roll please) "Plugins" at the top. Wind noise reduction doesn't seem to be there, however.

Yep, sky replacement in the menu Plugins as was noted.

Wind removal in the Fix / Enhance menu which is above the timeline.
