Hi.

I installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (Late 2016 model) via Boot Camp and then installed PowerDirector 365. When I include the sample video in a PowerDirector project, I get the following error message:

Media Source Error [Error Code2]
A media file in your project may not fully comply with the file format standard, or your system may lack the required decoding components for thie file. Please try again using another media file format.

Error type : Video cut

Error information : Unknown

Never used a Mac pc with Boot Camp. There are no responses from Mac users here. The PD365 should have all the codecs you need for those sample files. Contact CyberLink Support starting here: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html for the best help.
