Hi,
It depends on exactly what you want.

There is no internal effect like that for PDR19, so you will have to use a 3rd party path.

Probably the easiest way to get a bar spectrum visualizer is to use your audio and play it through Windows Media Player Legacy version.

Rt Click on the playing area >Visualizations>Bars and Waves

Use either ScreenRecorder or PDR capture screen to capture the visualization.

Use the .mp4 in your project.

However, if you want a more sophisticated outcome, you will have to explore dedicated visualization software, I think.
