I use PowerDirector 365. Shows version 21.4.2812.0 (obviously updated via Application Manager).
I use PD on a laptop only, ie not mobile or tablet.

I use Magnifier often, and have used within the last few months. I can no longer find it. Did they delete it?
Zoom isn't quite as effective in the videos.

Thoughts?

Guess what? It's been removed with no explanation. See this discussion for other missing FX.

NewBlueFX has a better version in their Video Essentials IV for Windows pack. You can download it from the link in this discussion, but so far I'm not clear on how people might buy that legacy product these days. If you find out, please post back here.
