Question about a upgrade package for photo director 14

I saw there is a upgrade package that has both photo director 14 and power director 21 upgrading from either power 21 and photo 13 or power 19 and photo 12 I have power 20 and photo 12 so does anyone know if those will work with the upgrade package off or should I re download 19 and upgrade from there?
