I am filming my daughters highschool tennis matches. Is there a way to create or download a title template for scoring like you see on televised tennis matches to track the score as it progresses through the match?

Hi,
Several to get that but the details depend on exactly what you want to achieve. Do these links help to get started?

I have been videoing my daughter's football matches for a number of years. In the post production phase I have used resized colour boards and multiple tracks to create a space for the scores and team names, then I have gone through the video editing it to add the scores. Obviously tennis has very many score changes than a game of football. I have then put these videos on YouTube. More recently I have been "playing" with live streaming and using OBS to stream games to YouTube. OBS has a number of add on "Scoreboards" for a variety of sports, and it is possible to update these scoreboards in real time as a game progresses. You can also use OBS to record video as well as stream.
