My power director 19 new blue titler 1.5 stopped working without a water mark on it.
Is there another source I can purchase for many many great title effects?

You posted in the PD19 forum. It should work with the included Titler Pro 1.5 unless you upgrade to PD20 or later or PD365. The Titler Pro 7 works as a standalone. You may want to look at the PD365 Title offerings created in the last few years.
