Hi David,
The place to begin is: Can you play the
Fantasic Four blu-ray disc, itself? Does it play correctly with the PowerDVD 10 Ultra demo? If it does, then the problem is probably with the method you used to copy the movie from blu-ray to your hard drive. If the PowerDVD 10 demo cannot play the blu-ray disc, itself, then you need to resolve that issue first.
I had trouble playing one of my new blu-ray discs (a fully licensed commercial disc) with PowerDVD 10 Ultra and the only way I could get it to work was to use SlySoft's
AnyDVD HD software to bypass the blu-ray security.
If that doesn't work, then give ArcSoft's
TotalMedia Theatre 3 Platinum software a test. Another member here who had trouble with PowerDVD 10 Ultra found that TotalMedia Theatre solved his problems.
Kind regards, David
