Thank you for your help. I ran the Cyberlink.2704_Patch_VDEO90925-03.exe

It went through the install process but never promted me to uninstall anything.

It did not repair the problem. Quick questions. All the video files and am importing are avi files. Could that be the problem?

I am a newbi at PwrDirector 8. Not very skilled but want to add a screen shake look or an earthquake look.

Does that exist.
