Could you explain how to do this in Windows 7?

Oops, I have Windows 7 64 bit

I set the autoplay in the program. Do I have to do so in Windows? I tried right clicking on the drive in My Computer and selecting the autoplay setting from there. Is there something else I need to try?
I have Power DVD 8 that came with a BluRay drive and whenever I insert a DVD or BluRay disc, Power DVD starts up and plays even though I have the option to automatically play turned off. Is there something I am missing?
