I've tried with and without the "allow SVRT on H.264" if that's the option your refering to, both ways it's fine with no transitions but gives the error as soon as it gets to the transition during produce.
Produce settings are 1920x1080 (24Mbps) same as the input files
Fails everytime on 1920x1080 (24Mbps), almost everytime on 1920x1080

2x Test files are only about 20 seconds long each with / without a single transition in the middle (tried several- all seem to do the same)

I have the same problem, even just producing 2x 10 second clips with a transition between them fails.
delete the transition it works fine.
The clips are both AVCHD 1920 x 1080 24 Mbps (canon) and the output format's the same.
System is I7-860, 3Gb Ram, Windows 7 (32), PNY 9800 GT (1GB).
anyone heard of a fix yet ?
