I have not tried to burn to folder......I will give it a shot.

When I try to produce the movie in mpeg-4 it completes to 97% and stops.

It makes it to 21% when I try to burn and then I believe its running out of memory. The file is 45 minutes long, of which only about 10 minutes is HD footage (the rest being pics or video from my picture taking camera) and its all set to music (7 different songs). I have 3GB of Ram and have an Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 2.40ghz. I have 120GB free on the hard drive.

Is there a reason why i cannot burn my 47 minute movie to Blu-ray in anything other than 1280X720p? My panasonic HD camcorder is set at 1920X1080, so I assume that is what i would want to burn it at. I got it to burn under the setting H.264 1280X720. Should I try the HD1920X1080(24MBPS) setting? I realize my project is rather large and memory is probably the issue, but I don't know why it works under the H.264 HD1280X720 setting and not the other.

I converted my music files from mp3 to wma using audacity and it worked perfectly. Now if I could only figure out how to remove a clip and trasition from the middle of my video without messing up the placement of everything after it.

what is the easiest way to convert the mp3's to wma? I used to have switch sound file converter, but it was just a sample and they want me to buy it. I am not really in the mood to pay more money for software.

How would i go about re-encoding the sample rate?

I am having a real hard time with power director. I used to use Nova Video Explosion Deluxe, but unfortunately times have changed and it is obsolete. So last year I bought PD8 and this year PD9 trying to replace it. Well, PD9 is almost perfect for me but 1 issue still lingers.
I make family videos about 45 minutes long, with several songs interlaced with pictures and videos. I try to get certain clips to hit at precise moments when lyrics are sung or to change along with the beat of the song. My issue is that I will have them where they belong in the timeline perfectly and i will go to preview just a small section and all of a sudden the song doesnt line up perfectly anymore(it really does, but not when I preview it)......it is now 1-3 seconds off. The only way I can hear it correctly is if I start playback from the begining of the song. Anytime I try to start playback from the middle of a song, the audio is off of where it really lies on the timeline. This does not go for the audio that is attached to the videos, just the music track I drop in.......why? How can I fix this? It is one of the most annoying things I have ever encountered.
Thanks
