Except we receive adds for news packs of background music but I can only find 110 clips with time tags of July and August 2018. None of the new packs are visible nor downloadable...

Looks like the content is not available everywhere in the world at the same time. So it appears I receive the adds by mail and pop ups before they are actually available from within PowerDirector or PhotoDirector. It happened with Plugins like Christmas Vol 10 but also with the music packs. And regarding these music packs, the names don't match what is announced : example, it's been several days that I have popups and mails telling me to download "Drame et Suspense" (yes I receive everything in french) but if I can indeed see that 10 additional files have been added to the downloadable list, nothing points to Drama nor Suspens... The same happened last month with the "Karnaval" sounds... I'm still looking after these ones :![]()
That could probably be fine tuned.
Ok, at least the application is working perfectly.

I should add, the problem occurs only when the clip is place on the timeline. if you just load the file and play it as preview, it plays fine, it's only not working once integrated into un project.

Hi, after PD10 installation, MP3 file format files return a buzzing noise whatever the rate and sometimes, the application gives me a pop up stating a problem with the following message (french version) "erreur de l'interface de graphe de flux".
The sound from video clips is ok (from MTS, avi, MOD or MOV files).
This happens with new projects but also with old PD9 projects making them impossible to edit or use...
I just cannot use PowerDirector until this issue is fixed...
