I am having the same issue on the 32 bit Windows 7. Cyberlink's official response so far is that PowerDVD 7 is not compatible with Windows 7 although the microsoft compatability site says otherwise. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Details.aspx?type=Software&p=CyberLink%20PowerDVD&v=CyberLink&uid=7&pf=0&pi=3&c=Photo%20%26%20Video&sc=CD%2fDVD%20Utilities&os=32-bit
Is there a workaround? Cyberlink lists minimum system requirements for PowerDVD 7 on Windows 7 as well.
