I have a brand new laptop and this program just keeps crashing on me. I am not a computer wiz but you would think spending 4k on a lap top with all the multi media capability would allow me to run this program with out crashing all the time. I have tried adjusting my anti virus and firewall settings and even deleted any programs that may conflict. What else can I do to get this software to work? I give up and was surprised at how many forum posts out there are having the exact same problem as I.

very disspointed and looking for refund. I am told pinnacle is much better so will give it a try.
