Thanks everyone for you responds.

I guess it would be better to provide some addition information regarding this problem.

My system: EVGA X58 SLI Motherboard, Intel Core i7 processor, EVGA GeForce 9500 GT Video Card - 1Gb DDR2, Windows 7 64bit

I've tried to produce files using following settings:

1 (HDV) MPEG-2, 1080i (1440x1080) - works OK but quality is not good
2 BD 1440x1080 - works OK and quality is good (I don't know why it's so big difference in quality when the frame size and file size is the same)
3 BD 1920x1080 - quality is good but it stops after every transition
4 SVCD HQ (480x480) - works OK but quality is not good
5 (HD)MPEG-2, 1080i (1920x1080) - quality is good but it stops after every transition

Conclusion: The program can't handle naturally HD with 1920x1080 frame size (I tried different transition types) By the way a preview in the best quality works OK
I have SONY camera which records video in AVCHD format. I can easily transfer all my video to the computer and edit it using PowerDirector 8 without any conversion.
Here is the problem:- When I save (Produce) my movie in HD format such as MPEG2 1920x1080, and than play it back it stops for a couple of seconds after every transition. If I don't use the transitions it works great.
When I save my video in SD format it also works fine but the quality is not what I need. I would appreciate any help.
