i am using win xp home edition 32bit sp 3 by the way...!

hello everyone..!

i am using powerdvd from version 5 and never had this kind of problem before...

i recently installed powerdvd 9 and updated to ultra as well..

the thing is that when i click on the configuration button the program shuts down by itself..

no error message is shown, the program just closes and desktop appears..

i believe it's not a version problem as i tried v.9.0.1428, v.9.0.1501 and i am currently using v. 9.1719a..

i have removed and re-installed the program many times but the same thing goes on..

every single version from powerdvd 5 to 8 was working so fine..

also accepting or skipping the movielive won't fix things, i tried both..

this is so annoying..

if anyone has any idea on how this could be fixed i would appreciate if he replied..!
