Hi Michelle and Mike,

I had this error as well.

However, my resolution did not involve bad dvds.

Just going to post my solution.... in case it will help anyone.

My situation was I was burning an .iso on a dvd-r. Each time I attempted to do so with my Power2Go 5 software, it would yield the error 0xeb020ba0.

The burning of the dvds started working after I had unmounted my .iso. (Those of you who deals with .iso files will know what that is).

Hope those helps anybody out there.
