I finally got through the email support. And received the correct download
I have been trying for three days to get the download after paying. Something is obviously wrong and they don't seem to be fixing it.
I have been unable to download the program also. I have been trying for three days to get a hold of cyberlink but to no avail.

I don't know what to do. I am thinking of just getting my moneyback through the credit card company.
I cannot download the content after downloading the trial and activating the trial.
I do not have the full version and evertime I go on the support to email, the email verification code fails so I cannot get in touch with them.

How do I let them know I cannot get the paid for content?
