..eermm... I am completely lost. How do you get from PD6.5 to Super ©?
I mean, how do you get Super © to export your PD6.5 production?
I watched the tutorial but I don't really get it.
I am completely new to this. I have tried video encoding before but never with very satisfactory results..
Also.. 'seems a bit silly the way DVD Maker 2 is marketed as being able to load straight to YouTube if it crashes whenever you try.. surely this is a fault that needs rectifying? Afterall, you'd should be able to expect a bought and paid for retail product to work properly without crashing.
I don't really need to use HD. The camera I use is standard definition anyway and my videos are all 4:8 ratio. I don't care too much about HD at this stage but would like my videos to be of good, clear quality. In sync and without severe pixelation on the screen.
I note that your standard definition version has a level of pixelation which I, personally, would be unhappy with, even for a standard def. if I compare it to most YouTube videos, including many of my own. Maybe it's because the majority of the scenes contain so much blue?
I have, rarely, by sheer fluke, managed to create and upload SD videos of perfectly acceptable quality using Amcap, but obviously this is no use for editing or creating productions.
I'd use PD6.5 to export files and upload them manually but the export formats seem to be very limited and I can't seem to find an option for exporting standard MP4 files of the correct resolution. (640 x 480 seems to be frequently recommended.)

Hi all,
I just recently acquired PD6.5 with DVD Maker 2 and I am having a small problem...
The whole reason I bought it was for the YouTube export feature, because I'd been unable to find any software to make decent YouTube optimised videos with. Either they were very poor quality, jumpy or the audio and video drifted out of sync, so I gather that if PD6.5 had a YouTube export feature then it must surely be fairly well optimised for said website.
Anyway, when I try to post video to YouTube using the software I get as far as being able to authorise PD6.5 in my YouTube account, then I click the next button on PD6.5 and it crashes.
Can anyone help please?
I'm using Windows XP Pro.
BTW, sorry if this problem has been covered before.
