Quote The Free/Essentials version cannot be updated to the full version, so uninstall that first. Next, make sure you're signed into the App Manager with the same email address that the purchase confirmation email came to. If it's different, it won't pull up your license.

If you're doing that already, you should contact CL customer service and have them figure out why the App Manager isn't offering you the licensed download of PD365.

Thanks...Yes, I've done all that.

I'll reach out to customer service for a solution.
I just purchased an annual subscription to PowerDirector 365 for Mac. I'm on an M1 Mac Mini running Mac OS 12.4.

I previously had the free, Essentials installed which I deleted.

I am unable to get the app to recognize the full, paid version.

I've followed the instructions in my purchase email and installed the Application Manager app. I'm signed into the Application Manager but the only two choices for me to install are PowerDirector Essential & PhotoDirector Essential. Nothing about PowerDirector 365 - see attached screenshot.

I installed PowerDirector Essentials anyways but when I launch it, it's the free version and it keeps asking me to upgrade.

I'm signed into the PD app but it's not recognizing that I've paid for the full version.

I've deleted and re-installed both the Application Manager and PowerDirectior apps multiple times as the FAQs say but it's not solving the problem.

I'm thinking maybe there's some file somewhere in one of my Mac's user libraries that needs to also be deleted but have no idea where or what that may be.

Any suggestions on how to get my full subscription working?

Thanks,

Joe
